Carol Campbell is a Chartered Accountant and joint owner of The
Business Advisory Group Ltd. Prior to The Business Advisory
Group, Carol was a Partner at Ernst & Young and had been with
Ernst & Young and its predecessor firms for over 30 years and
was a Partner for 25 years. Carol was one of 10
partners in the Entrepreneurial Services Group advising small to
medium sized businesses and bought the Ernst & Young
Entrepreneur of the Year program to New Zealand and lead it for 10
years.
Carol's goal is to build excellent business relationships and
anticipate her clients' needs in order to assist them proactively
and deliver valuable solutions.
Most of Carol's time is spent assisting businesses with their
compliance, governance, strategy and structure. She has very good
general tax knowledge and ensures that businesses comply with their
tax commitments, while minimising their tax. She assists
owners of businesses with their business decisions and often
attends management meetings.
Carol is a Trustee of a number of client Trusts and has
previously served on the Boards of the Corran School Trust Board,
the Auckland University of Technology Foundation and the Mercy
Hospital Management Board. She currently serves on the Board
of the Ronald McDonald House Charities.
Carol is also a Director of a number of privately owned New
Zealand companies.
In her spare time, Carol enjoys boating, watching sport, reading
and travelling.
