We believe that there is a low cost computer software package
that is suited to your business to allow you to prepare the basic
information that you business needs. You should be able to do GST
returns yourself, and have an idea of your results on a monthly
basis - preferably against a budget.
We will help you set up your systems to achieve this.
On an annual basis we will receive your information, and format
your financial statements to comply with the Companies Act, Income
Tax Act and the Financial Reporting Act. We will prepare the income
tax return and minutes; dividend statements if appropriate, and
ensure that your statutory records are kept up to date.
